Returns/Refunds

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of confirmed delivery by the shipper.
Ship returns back to me within: 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective (see below), I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or Personalized Items
  • Digital Downloads

Conditions of delivery
Buyer is responsible to check the condition of the items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of confirmed delivery by the shipper. If a package/item is not reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery then no exchange or refund or return will be available.
If a package or item is damaged due to the shipper the buyer is responsible for submitting a damage claim directly with the shipper as we have no control of a shipping issue. (Shippers only offer compensation on insured packages.)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

-If within 15 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be clean, unused and in original
condition with all tags attached.

To return or exchange an item, all you need to do is use the Contact Us form prior to sending any item back.  In  the "Message" field let us know the Customer Name, Product Name, Your Contact Phone, Email, Order Number and UPS or USPS Tracking ID so we may know expect what item is being returned, by whom and by what date.  Or, print and fill out the form below and return it along with the item (please use original packaging) to the address below.  No return authorization (RMA) is required.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and, for your protection, it is recommended that items being returned are shipping insured. Upon receipt and verification of condition, your merchandise will be exchanged or refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item(s) to be processed and credited. If receiving a refund, your original method of payment will be credited for the purchase price (including taxes), less shipping charges (if applicable).  A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns and exchanges.

Damage or Defective Items
We will gladly accept the return or replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 15 days of confirmed delivery by the shipper and reported within 24 hours of delivery as stated above in the "Conditions of delivery".
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Please use the Contact Us form prior to sending any item back. 
 
Due to the nature of personalization, items that are personalized are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. 
 
Carefully see that size charts for shirts/hoodies for accurate ordering. 
 
Unisex shirts/hoodie sizes run true to size.  Ladies shirts generally run 1 size smaller than unisex shirts but refer to the size chart for accuracy in ordering.
